You can check your tracking upon despatch to check your parcel status and our delivery partner network service status locally.
Delivery Information - UK
We are pleased to offer free standard tracked delivery on all orders to the UK over £25* fulfilled with a signed for delivery order over £200.
Shipping Options;
UK Standard Delivery -
£3.95 per order - FREE over £25 - 2-3 working days from despatch.
£4.95 per order - Next Working Day, order by 6.00pm Sunday-Friday.
Unfortunately, orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and a number of England/Scotland Border postcodes may take slightly longer to arrive.
Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery is only available to Mainland UK and orders arrive the next day when placed by 6.00pm Sunday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Next day delivery will not be offered at checkout for any excluded areas such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and a number of England/Scotland Border postcodes.
Please note:
Claims will be considered for lost items sent 10 working days after the latest due date for standard tracked delivery.
We will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Ugo Allure is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen package claims of orders addressed to a parcel forwarding company. Ugo Allure is under no obligation to offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing.
